OMG OMG OMG

When I first came to Australia, I was a size 8/10. Then I fattened up to 10/12 then to 12/14. Since I came to Perth and without Mother forcing me to eat cooking for me, I think I have dropped the dress sizes!

Before my arrival in Perth, I was wearing size 12 or 14 pants. Now I can squeeze into a size 10! Bought the jeans from Just Jeans today for $69.90AUD. However, I'm still wondering why my thighs are still so huge? Need to get the weight off my thighs but still have to ensure that my breasts are still around by the end of it!

I'm a size 10. I'm a size 10. I'm a size 10. I'm a size 10. I'm a size 10. I'm a size 10!!!!!

Mandurah

Thursday night -- Normally a free day for Mesha but no....The lecturer decided to move the class from a Friday to a Thursday because of ANZAC day celebration. That wasn't the problem. The problem was:

It was friggin held at 5.30 - 9.30pm.
AT NIGHT!!!

*sobs*

To make matters worse, I asked my homestay guardian to pick me up from college as you know the rule of a girl catching a bus home late at night is a no-no. Guess what was the first sentence she said to me.

"Why? The buses aren't working ah?"

BITCH. She told me herself when I came over that I shouldn't go out too late at night and come back by myself cause it's "dangerous" and now she's the one asking me to catch the bus to a bus stop and she'll pick me up from there. Thankfully my classmate was kind enough to offer me a lift home.

K's girlfriend stayed over and so did Albert. He was upset about something but I think he got over it. I popped into my room to check whether there was any messages but saw that my mum was on. Webcam!!! Talked til 1:3oam. By the time I popped out, all of them were already in bed!!

Next day, Albert's girlfriend popped over and apparently they had all planned to go to Mandurah. You know me -- any chance of going somewhere and you can count me in. Took the train from Murdoch station and off to Mandurah we went. Nothing really impressive but reminded me of Queensland in some ways. For lunch they had fish&chips. I got myself 7 calamari rings and some mussel fritters. Yum yum.

Me eating calamari..Say AHHHH...

The 3 Leng Luis.. *ahem*

2 taken, 1 single..who wants the single one?

I'm all ALONE!!

Maybe it isn't too bad after all..

Car Exhibition

Had Professional Writing and Presentation today. Boring right? Ok ok I'll skip to the good bit. Had to carry my boot around all day with me to get an exchange -- how bloody fucking frustrating!!

Finished around 11am and caught the 72 bus to the city and stormed off to that bloody shop. I realised that the boot that "oh-look-so-drop-dead-gorgeous" is actually a cheap quality boot made in China! OMFG -- ripped off!! Grr...
Arrived at the shop. Don't have any other ones and had to get the display one which I had originally rejected cause of the sticky front (you know how sometimes the stickers get old and leave a gluey residue..well that was on it..not much but there) -- in the end..ended up getting the boot for $50 cause the lady decided to give me $20AUD back.

That means more $$$ to shop for my new wardrobe style. Those who know me well basically knows that I'm not all that girly. Can be for a while but always goes back to being a half tom-boy. I love make-up too much to not be seen without any. So, to conclude..I'm a girly tom-boy?

I mean I love things such as watches, bags and perfume that has some masculinity to it sometimes. NOT a lesbian --thank you-- I like men..European men to be precise.

Sorta latest fad in Australia to wear skinny leg jeans or tights under a huge oversized shirt and a vest. Masculine huh? So now..I've filled my closet with 4 shirts -- 2 white, 1 black & 1 navy blue -- 2 vests (Black & denim) to mix and match the shirts. Need more though couldn't really find any with other colours..

Back to the topic, we went to see the Car Exhibition that they are running now in Perth. For me, I'd never thought it would be exciting to see cars. Personally in my mind, when someone says car, I think of a vehicle that transport me from one place to another with comfort. But now..it's a whole new story..

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST.....

A PROTON !!!!

omg what is it doing in Australia?! -- The attack of the Proton cheap Malaysian cars

Cars?

Friend invited me to go with him to see the Car Expo held in Perth. Wait a minute. Do you see the logic?
Me -- a girl whose only interest in cars is to use it to transport me to one place to another. Maybe only once in a while I look at a hot car when it's really really really HOT.
Ok....
Did heaps and heaps of shopping today. Finally found a style that can describe me. Daren't tell mother cause she'll nag. Wait for her to come here and nag me then. What's my new style -- Oversized baggy SHIRTS, black skinny legs jeans and a denim vest. Sorta classic I can say..Will try to stick to the ovesized shirts..they are so so comfy and hide my figure.

Lace-up boots -- HOT HOT HOT.
BUT..(there's always a but somewhere in my life) got a defect and now have to bring it back to the shop which means I have to carry it around with me in college. Fuck's Sake -- I always manage to screw something up eh? Thank God..got receipt..so exchange for a new pair..

"Karaoke --such a stress-relief session. Shall we do it often then?"

The night before, Albert and his girlfriend stayed over night. K's girlfriend was also sleeping the night. I crashed before any one else did cause I had a lack of sleep the night before. Woke up to find that they have already left, cause they weren't meant to stay overnight -- Homestay Rule No.1 -- no friends allowed to stay overnight..Ssh..

Have you ever felt when you're alone, all the thoughts in your head start to reappear no matter how much you try to suppress them. What does a girl do when she's in desperate need to find a friend and don't have one? Call up a room mate and bunk in on their activity. K stated that she and her friends were going to karaoke. Hell yeah!

However, the gang were at Southlands Shopping Center having lunch. How nice of them to leave me 2 slices of pizza (or the fact that they couldn't finish it!) Played one round at the arcade and left for NorthBridge.

First time in NorthBridge aka China Town. It bothers me how China Town is always made to be stereotyped as a place for high crime rates. Albert's girlfriend, Kristy led us to the local hangout area for KTV -- Utopia.

Chinese, English, Malay songs..wow the selection was great. What was even better, they had Linkin Park songs to sing along with. Now that's what I call stress relief. I screamed all my hatred and sadness inside. That was a glorious day.

To top it off -- had a nice, delicious warm Beef Brisket Noodle Soup with Hor Fun. In a chilly day, that certainly is the best dish I had all year. NorthBridge -- you'll be seeing more of Mesha there!!

Within Temptation -- I'm Hooked!

Been playing this song over and over and over again. Bored? Nah. It really reflects what my situation is in right now. Not all of it but.. You get my drift don't you?

Album

Single of the song I'm hooked to.

What have you done now?
I know I better stop trying
You know that there's no denying
I won't show mercy on you now
I know I should stop believing
I know that there's no retrieving
It's over now
What have you done?
What have you done now?
I, I've been waiting for someone like you
But now you are slipping away (What have you done now?)
Why? Why does fate make us suffer?
There's a curse between us
Between me and you
Would you mind if I killed you?
Would you mind if I tried to cause you hell
Turned into my worst enemy
You carry hate that I feel
It's over now
What have you done?
What have you done now?
I will not fall
Won't let it go
We will be free when it ends
What Have You Done?

Boo-yah

We had the Student Council Meeting in Perth City at Gloria Jeans on Sunday. I think I shocked Khaled when I arrived in a mini skirt as he has never saw me in one before. The look on his face was hilarious. It was one of those "ooh yeah...oh wait shit..I know this girl, shit.." look. At the meeting I was so zoned out it was not even funny. I paid little attention and wondered what I was doing there even. After the meeting, I had to get my books from Khaled but that fellow did not want to bring it cause it was in a girlish bag. So now I had to follow him back to Hanny's to get it. Khaled wanted a scarf but David Jones and Myers weren't opened as they open late on Sundays. We walked all the way to Roger David's and he finally bought something (I stood in the shop idiotically as it was a men's shop so I chatted with the sales assistant). Wearing a high heel ankle boot, it was an absolute torture to walk. And I hadn't meant to walk as I though Khaled was going to bring my books. Not caring anymore, we stormed off to Myers and I finally bought a pair of flat ankle boots for $103 AUD (after 15% discount..) Changing shoes then I was set to go. Walking towards the jetty, I spotted this large tower that I had passed by recently but never gave it a good look and ringing of bells could be heard. I wanted to go in but didn't know whether he wanted to go in (Khaled went to the jetty to check the times) whilst I stayed to take pics. It was $7 AUD for concession so I figured why not since it's my first time there. The view from the building was fantastic. It turned out to be some sort of museum dedicated to bells. Swan Bells Tower

Me on stairway.

Khaled overlooking the mosh pit.

Later on we headed back to Hanny's apartment where we had a rest and some goofing around. Dinner time we headed to the Indian Restaurant in South Perth. At first the name of the restaurant sounded very familiar - D'Tandoor...To all my Malaysian friends, does that sound familiar? Yes..they have branches in Malaysia. The one I went to in KL was the one at the base of the KL Tower. And now in Perth?! This was friggin hilarious as I couldn't wait to see the standard of the food. To be honest, it was pretty authentic! I was impressed. We ordered:
Lamb briyani, Chicken Briyani, Butter Naan, Sizzling Tandoori Chicken, Lamb Curry, Briyani Rice and 3 Mango Lassi and one normal lassi.
That came up to..$105 AUD! For 4 people!! Wow..I expected us to split the bill but Khaled paid for it by card O.O''..I really feel so bad about not paying up for some of the meals. I did once but Khaled wasn't there at KFC.
I think I'm suiting into a group with some guys and definately know more about what men expect in a woman..

Sleep over @ Hanny's

Thursday: No class but had to print out my assignment that is due in the first class for Journalism. The computer labs were full. Me being a stressy cow was panicking that I could not get it done in time and to make things worse I forgot to bring my own A4 paper (in my college, we have computer labs to allow us to do our research if there was no class held in there; timetables were stuck outside next to the rooms but even though sometimes it's stated that it is free, some #%$@*&$ lecturers would come in and chase us out.) Thinking who could really help me and desperate - I called Hanny who's normally accompanied by Khaled. Khaled was dropped off at a friend's place for tutorial. Went back to his place and managed to do a draft. Went back to uni and picked Khaled and his friend, Dhristy. Dhristy was this interesting , petite Mauritian girl who had a tongue piercing I envied. I missed mine and wouldn't do it again as I did not enjoy having my tongue swelled up. Had lunch at a Japanese restaurant but the food could not settle and had to bring it up (felt so bloody bulimic that I was frustrated at myself). Later on we hung out at Hanny's having a series of jokes etc. Went back home around 12am and still haven't gotten round to printing off my essay. To refresh myself --> shower then assignment. Slept at 3.30am.

Friday: Woke up at 6.25 am and left at 7.04am for the bus to Curtin. It was horrible. I had to print off my assignment and have 9 hours straight worth of classes. Friday..bored and decided to hang out with Hanny and Khaled again though I think I must have annoyed them. I'm the one always calling them and wanting to spend time with them. The trio group has grown to a four person group. Hanny had his hair straightened and Khaled with a haircut. It's really funny really..It would be better if Khaled's mouth isn't so filthy with swear words in English, Cantonese, Arabic and French came out so often. To cut the story short, all of us crashed at Hanny's place and watched Good Luck Chuck and most of Hot Chick before crashing. We had some pizza as Khaled worked at Domino's as a delivery boy. Nancy called to check up and really..I hate having a person look after me..I mean come on..I have to have a life right?

Saturday: Woke up and already had an argument with Khaled. Turn out to be a wrestle with me losing..ouch.. Showered, got ready and went to the city to get my left tragus pierced. Dhristy had an accountancy test and finished around 2-ish. By the time we got to the city it was already 3:15pm. Had ice-cream and back to Hanny's place where everyone crashed except for me as I sit here typing this blog.

2nd Tragus Piercing

I love love my tragus piercing on my right ear that I've decided to get my left ear done too. Instead of the bar, I wanted to get something completely different - a ring.

Oh My Friggin Goodness..it took longer than the first one although this woman who did mine was friendlier than the last one. Some how the ring for the tragus piercing has a little ball on it. I'm considered lucky that my piercings did not hurt after they have been pierced. Some people experience pain 2-3 days after they had done it. Haha maybe I'm just lucky that my body is accepting the foreign object easily without much hassle.

Pictures will be posted up soon =)

Got My Tragus Pierced!!

Finally I gathered up the courage and manage to drag myself to the clinic. It was just a casual Thursday afternoon and of course the main reason was that I was bored. Sitting on the train..I recalculated the factors. It looks hot..it shouldn't hurt more than the tongue piercing I had since the tongue is thicker than the tragus..so..How bad could it get?

Punktured was just part of Off Ya Tree where punk/rock items could be found for sale. I casually walked in. Dressing in just a bright yellow hoodie and black trousers and the earphones sticking out of my ear..I have never felt more manly in my life. The guy who approached me at the counter was someone I would not have dared talk to in my entire life. However, that day I just wasn't frightened of what he looked like. He was just really nice (although he doesn't look gentle). Punktured was a walk in piercing studio to my surprise and I was very glad. If I had waited any later..ther's not doubt my mind that it would be changed. It was $65 AUD..this includes the aftercare spray, the piercing procedure and the gem bar I wanted (it was $5 extra but I figured if I wanted the gem bar anyways and waited until later I would have to spend extra money on another bar). Kodie was the one who did my piercing. No..she's not a man. Though I expected one..She had heaps of piercings through her cheeks and it was so hard to try not to stare.

The needle..looked like the same bloody size as the needle that went through my tongue! Ok..maybe it's been a while since I've looked at a needle but I shuddered at the sight of it. Felt the clamp, then the needle. More like an ant bite! It hurt a bit but the worst part was when she took so long to put the bar through. My tongue piercing was quicker than that! But I guess the tragus is a tricky place to place the bar. The pain was bearable but after that I went into a mild shock. Guess I hadn't eaten..that's all. You might be thinking of the after effect. For those of you who had your ear pierced with a gun. That hurts more than this. There was literally no pain what-so-ever. To my surprise it didn't really hurt at all.

Once I got home I could not wait to look at it in the mirror..it was fantastic! Kodie used the flat back bar to allow me to listen to music when it's healed a bit more..I'm thinking of getting my left side done too..I'll just see my emotions again..haha maybe next week.

Finally the good news I wanted to tell all readers..I can get my nose pierced when I'm 18!! Or maybe not..haha I think I'll just shock mother with my ear piercings..which I think will have a better response than my nose one..or may as well get all..hhaha
